CAREER APPLICATION PROCESS
The world of Veterinary Science and a career in Health Science awaits you. We are here to guide you in taking your first steps on this exciting journey. Here is an outline on the process of application to higher education:

Introduction

Initial Contact for Overview & Evaluation

In the initial stages, once you have sent us a WhatsApp message or other, we will contact you for a tele conversation for an introduction and brief overview of University Placements.

Face-to-Face Meet & Greet

Upon satisfactory evaluation during this stage, we will arrange for a face-to-face meeting at a conducive location suitable for both parties.

Registration

Application & Registration for Foundation in Science

All the required Application Forms will be shared with you. Upon completion of filling up of the forms and attachments of photocopies of personal documents and the Application Fee, proceed to submission and the student will be officially registered.

Entrance Examination Preparation

While waiting for the applications to be processed and verified by the University, preparatory classes will be conducted by TRANS PLACEMENT RESOURCES for the Entrance Examination which students will have to sit for.

Offer Letter

Entrance Exam successful candidates will be issued an Offer Letter by respective Universities. Applicants must submit the Acceptance of Offer Letter together with the 1st Year Payment to TRANS PLACEMENT RESOURCES within 7 days.

Acceptance

Visa Processing

Applicants must submit a series of documents to TRANS PLACEMENT RESOURCES for VISA processing. It will take approximately 3 weeks to obtain a valid Student Visa from the date of submission of documents.

Pre-Departure

TRANS PLACEMENT RESOURCES will conduct a Pre-Departure Briefing for students and parents approximately 4 weeks before departure to respective Universities.

Chaperone Service

A Chaperone from TRANS PLACEMENT RESOURCES will accompany students and walk with them hand-in-hand on their maiden trip to respective Universities. Assistance will be provided in the following areas:

• Obtaining initial student quarters
• Registration at the University
• Sourcing for essential items
• Opening of Bank Account
• Securing a local Sim Card

among other matters.

Arrival Processing

Personnel from the respective Universities will be at the airport to receive the students upon arrival at their respective destinations. The personnel, together with our Chaperon will assist the students in the Registration process at the University.

Finance

TRANS PLACEMENT RESOURCES will provide a full Financial Schedule for yearly tuition fees and transfer of tuition fees to the respective universities. We can also provide guidance on acquiring financial assistance including documentation work for this.
